LL.B ENTRANCE TEST – 20121. The students will be admitted to B.A. LL.B. 5 year Degree Course/LL.B 3 year / B.B.A LL.B. 5 year Degree Course at the Bharati Vidyapeeth's New Law College. Pune on the basis of merit obtained by them in the LL.B. Entrance Test 2012.
2. The candidate has to secure minimum 50% marks in LL.B. Entrance Test 2012 to qualify for provisional admission in LL.B 3 year/ B.A. (Law). / B.B.A (Law) 5 year Degree Course.
3. The LL.B Entrance Test 2012 will be conducted on Sunday, 17th June 2012 from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm at Pune, New Delhi and Mumbai at the following centers:

4. The result of LL.B Entrance Examination will be declared on 29th June, 2012. It shall be notified in the office of the college and on the websites -www.bharatividyapeethuniversity.net / www.bvuniversity.edu.in / www.bvpnlcpune.org)
5. The candidates will have to confirm his/her admission by paying the total fees on the date of counseling and spot admission. Subsequent claim for admission will not be entertained after the date of counseling.
6. Reservation Rules of Government of Maharashtra are applicable for LLB 3 Yrs & B.A. LLB 5 Yr courses.
7. The candidates who have passed the LL.B Entrance Test 2012 and have obtained minimum
50% marks shall be admitted on the basis of merit.
8. The candidate’s admission is provisional till he/she clears all the eligibility requirement.
9. The rules of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University will be applicable for refund of fees, in case of cancellation of admission within specific period ie 15 days from the date of admission.
10. The LL.B. entrance exam fees - Rs. 1000/- can be paid in cash or through DD in favour of the Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, payable at Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd., Pune. payable at Pune.
11. The DD shall be enclosed with the application form and the DD number and the name of the bank shall be entered in the application form.
