Social Justice through Legal Aid Centre

Democracy & rule of law can flourish only when people have effective & speedy access to justice, for nothing rankles more in the human heart than menacing sense of injustice. There is greater realization now that legal aid is an essential component of justice.
Survey of Litigation
In order to provide legal counselling and legal aid to the villagers, a survey of the total litigation among villagers is conducted by the volunteers to record the legal problems and litigation of the villages. The survey is conducted by the interview method and litigation data is classified in the following manner:-
• Civil Cases- Land Disputes (RTS Matters)
• Criminal cases and Complaints
